The Certified Coaches from STAR Workplace presented us with the results of their assessment. The process tested and ensured that our team understood our satisfaction with company performance and strategy - as this positions us for success. The results presented to us have left us feeling reinvigorated and more aware of the impact that our alignment to strategy has on the work we do with our clients. As much of our work is in the sporting sector, and with golf clubs in particular, it was also terrific to see two golf clubs in the list!
