Thank you for the introduction to the CPR Group, it has been invaluable, they have been brilliant.
So far we have met with them, and we now have a proposal ready to sign for a 12 month, project that will address all my areas of concern regarding policies, procedures, finances, structure, roles and responsibilities and come up with a 3-5year plan.
The guys at CPR Group have been amazing, their engagement with me was second to none and have really been able to support me in getting the Board behind this idea. It’s such a relief to have this level of support for me in a new role and I now think we can actually move forward.
