Melissa joined CPR Group in 2015 and brought in-depth experience gathered from over 15 years working within a community engagement framework with previous local Government and consultancy roles. Her past experience extends to agricultural and beef production, natural resource management and equestrian sport. She is CPR Group’s equestrian development specialist.

Melissa’s current role at CPR Group encompasses community engagement, data analysis, strategic planning, grant preparation and leading major projects. She has a ‘no barriers’ approach, using innovation and practicality to extend the outcomes of every project.

Melissa's project conception, communication skills and ability to embed herself into a community were integral in developing business cases and strategic plans that have supported successful projects worth tens of millions of dollars.
