CPR Group was engaged by Hunters Hill Council to provide ongoing grant research and management services for Council’s priority projects. This engagement included identifying suitable funding opportunities, assisting in the preparation of applications and ensuring Council was well-positioned to secure external funding for various projects. CPR Group helped Council successfully apply for the Level the Playing Field Grant, which resulted in securing $1,905,678.00 in funding.

CPR Group was engaged by Gunida Gunyah Aboriginal Corporation to prepare their Community Connection and Wellbeing Strategy. This initiative aims to enhance the social and cultural fabric of the Aboriginal community in Gunnedah. The strategy is envisioned as a dynamic, practical document that will serve as a guiding framework for future initiatives, fostering community connection and improving wellbeing by addressing specific challenges.

The Mount Isa Amateur Netball Association (MIANA), with CPR Group, crafted a strategic plan to guide its next three years. This roadmap, developed through workshops and detailed analyses, sharpens MIANA's focus on governance, administration, and financial health. Aimed at fostering growth and community engagement, the plan establishes MIANA as a key player in advancing netball in Mount Isa.

CPR Group developed a Park and Streetscape Infrastructure Manual to provide Longreach Regional Council with a tool kit to efficiently and consistently reinforce the identity of each of the region’s townships - Longreach, Ilfracombe, Isisford and Yaraka.

CPR Group conducted a Business Case and Facility Plan to determine the potential and feasibility of developing an Equestrian Centre of Excellence at the Toowoomba Showgrounds. The Business Case outlines a comprehensive transformation of the Toowoomba Showgrounds and Event Centre's existing equestrian facilities into a versatile equestrian centre capable of hosting national and international level equestrian events, including both Olympic and Western disciplines.

CPR Group developed a report and interactive tool to provide a detailed and region-wide understanding of the Sunshine Coast’s extensive community venue network. The report provided background information, observations, and recommendations based on data analysis, population projections, demographics, regional planning strategies, and industry standards. The report sets a contextual foundation for community space provision in the Sunshine Coast region out to 2041.

Recognising that housing is fundamental to community wellbeing and regional liveability, the Council commissioned CPR Group to gain a comprehensive understanding of the local housing situation. CPR Group conducted desktop analysis of the housing situation in Longreach, which involved data collection, demographic and economic assessments, as well as reviewing the current state of the housing market and its supply including the roles of state and local government, land use and zoning.

In the Yuleba Beautification and Liveability Master Plan, CPR Group aimed to consolidate, connect and elevate the region's strategy approach to livability. The plan will strengthen Yuleba's identity, liveability, and attractiveness to residents and visitors.

Douglas Shire Council commissioned CPR Group to prepare the landscape and sport facility master plans for both Coronation Park (Mossman Showgrounds) and the Port Douglas Sports Complex. The scope of works included stakeholder and community consultation, reporting and master plan design for the two open space, multi-purpose sports grounds.
