CPR Group is well-recognised for partnering with clubs and working together to plan successfully for the future. We are proud to present this Club Planning Workshop in partnership with Redland City Council.

Register here to get the skills to put together a plan to help your club achieve financial stability, facility upgrades or membership growth, and capitalise on what your club can offer to your members!

This session will be an interactive workshop for community, sport and recreation organisations in Redland City, followed by the opportunity for groups to engage with CPR Group a second time via online meetings.

The workshop will cover:

  •  The planning process

  •  Uncovering your organisation's big 'WHY'

  •  Setting goals (it's ok to think BIG!)

  •  Our innovative new take on the SWOT analysis that leads to realistic and meaningful actions

  •  Action planning

  •  Delegation and timeframes

  •  Planning reviews
