CPR Group is currently preparing an updated land management plan (LMP) for CB Mott Park.

LMPs are a requirement of the Queensland Government for certain parcels of trust land managed by trustees, such as Councils. Trust land is a collective term used to describe state-owned land, which has been reserved or granted in trust under the Land Act 1994 for a particular purpose.

CB Mott Park is state-owned land that has been designated for public recreation purposes, and which is managed by Brisbane City Council as trustee.

The need for an updated LMP for CB Mott Park has been triggered by the proposed development of an indoor swim school facility on one of the existing Holland Park Sports and Community Club bowling greens.

As an important component of the land management planning process, the local community is warmly invited to review the CB Mott Park LMP Overview, and to provide input by completing an online feedback form and/or attending an on-site open day, as below:
