Online workshop 3: Facility Management
March 2026
-Safer spaces, stronger clubs-
Across the City of Moreton Bay, not-for-profit organisations are the custodians of millions of dollars worth of community infrastructure. It is critical that these organisations and their valuable volunteers understand the importance of safely maintaining and managing these facilities for the benefit of members and the community. Effective facility management sets organisations up for long-term viability and success and helps to keep everyone who uses community infrastructure safe.
During this session, we’ll discuss practical tips for optimising your facility usage, keeping people safe at your facility and securing permission and support for your future facility plans.
