Ep 14: From the BMX Track to the Boardroom

CPR Group was engaged by the University of the Sunshine Coast to deliver the 2025 Student Guild Governance and Strategy Project. This initiative aimed to strengthen governance, clarify roles and responsibilities and establish a clear strategic direction for the UniSC Student Guild in response to national reforms to student governance and SSAF requirements. The project has produced a practical suite of governance and strategic documents to guide the Guild’s future growth, strengthen student representation and support a collaborative partnership with the University into the future.
