Scope
Deebing Heights was proposed as a masterplanned residential community over 27 hectares, comprising 320 land lots. Stakeholders included nearby residents, a school and its PandC.
Issues
Key issues were seen as managing the relationship with Council, due to its stated opposition to small lots; managing the relationship with the indigenous people in relation to cultural heritage and managing community relations and any issues that arose during Public Notification.
Outcomes
CPR Group delivered on each requirement:
